Hell Yes

Inspired by African barbers' signs, a Beck song (Hypemachine link), and my drawing of my wife's grandad, I thought it'd be good to try and sum up the distance between positivity and reality in visual format. I'm a pretty positive sort of chap most of the time, but some ideas are stupid. It's important to recognise that.

I wanted to explore a different style in this picture. Primitivism is an insult to progress, but I was all about futurism last year and I got a bit bored with it to be honest, so I was keen to try something a bit more earthy. I think it worked pretty well. But then I would say that wouldn't I.
